Clinical Supervision
Person-centred supervision offers counsellors a safe space to explore their own process in relation to their clients and to express what affects or ‘touches’ them. It provides a confidential setting for counsellors to reflect on their their client’s process, helping them to gain more insight into their client’s world and hence more effective practice. The supervisor aims to nurture the supervisee’s development as a counsellor, in order to foster safe and ethical therapeutic practice.
